The Invisible Refinement Method provides professional observations, strategic recommendations, and actionable improvement suggestions based on the materials submitted for review.
Implementation decisions and business outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.
Confidentiality
All information shared through the application, intake materials, reviews, and communication will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without permission.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is approximately three business days after all required materials have been received.
If timing needs to be adjusted for any reason, this will be communicated in advance.
Timing & Availability
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
If accepted, timing will be confirmed before payment is collected and work begins.
Final Refinement Feedback
Clients are encouraged to implement recommended changes within two weeks whenever possible.
Final refinement feedback must be requested within 28 calendar days of receiving the review report.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of this work, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once payment has been collected and work has begun.

All review materials, recommendations, frameworks, and written reports remain the intellectual property of Jaylana Saraya, LLC.
Materials are provided for the client's internal use and may not be reproduced, redistributed, sold, or shared without written permission.
