Refunds: Due to the digital and personalized nature of this work, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Turnaround Time: Your Rat Race Roadmap will be delivered within 14 calendar days of receiving your completed post-payment intake questionnaire, which is provided immediately after payment.
Payment: Upon receipt of payment, you will be redirected to a secure page containing your post-payment intake questionnaire, which must be completed before your Roadmap is created. For those who opt into a payment plan, the second payment will be automatically deducted 30 days after the first payment.
Availability: This experience has limited availability on a rolling basis. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or immediate availability. Upon acceptance, we will coordinate timing prior to payment to ensure both parties are available to work together. You can expect a response to your application submission within three business days.
