Intellectual Property: All written materials, frameworks, findings, analyses, and reports produced as part of the Panorama Remote Audit™ are the exclusive intellectual property of Jaylana Saraya, LLC, or are used by Jaylana Saraya, LLC under license.. Redistribution, reproduction, resale, or sharing of any materials — whether in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
Boundaries: Due to the digital nature of this audit and the immediate preparation and analysis that begins once work is scheduled, all sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks will be issued once work has commenced.
Intake Requirements: Following acceptance and payment, clients are required to complete a Panorama intake form. The intake form must be submitted no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the confirmed start date. Work does not begin until all required intake materials are received. If intake materials are not submitted by the stated deadline, the start date may be adjusted to the next available opening.
Turnaround Time: Turnaround time begins after acceptance, payment, and confirmation of the agreed start date. Your Panorama Remote Audit™ Roadmap will be delivered within ten (10) business days from the confirmed start date.
Scheduling & Availability: Panorama audits are scheduled on a rolling basis. If accepted, available start dates will be presented prior to payment. Work does not begin until a start date is mutually confirmed.
STR Guestbook (Physical Deliverable): For short-term rental properties receiving a customized guestbook, production and delivery timelines are separate from the Panorama audit roadmap. Guestbooks are custom-designed and printed upon completion of the audit and are typically delivered within two to three (2–3) weeks from the confirmed start date, depending on location and shipping timelines.
Timelines may be adjusted in the event of delayed intake materials, scheduling changes, or circumstances outside of direct control.
