Important Information

Customization & Scope: Each Elevated Stay Guide is fully customized based on your property, amenities, and preferences. Content is structured for clarity and guest ease, with final formatting and layout decisions made to ensure consistency and a polished presentation.

Intake Requirements: Following purchase, you will receive an intake form to provide property details, house rules, Wi-Fi information, local recommendations, and any specific instructions you would like included. Work begins once all required information is submitted.

Turnaround Time: Initial draft delivery begins after intake submission and is typically completed within 5–7 business days.  Following approval, production and delivery may take up to three weeks total, depending on location and shipping timelines.

Revisions: One round of revisions is included to refine details and ensure accuracy. Additional revisions may be available upon request.

Confidentiality: All information shared through intake forms and communication is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent.
